Glass Packaging Forum
With around 5% more glass packaging recovered from homes year on year and the introduction of a 60% increase in container manufacturing capability, New Zealand needs to find increased volumes of quality material as well as additional sustainable alternative uses for mixed glass. To finance research and development into these issues, the Glass Packaging Forum has established a voluntary levy on all those making, using or selling glass containers in New Zealand.
Coca - Cola
CCA is one of the largest bottlers of non-alcoholic ready-to-drink beverages in the Asia-Pacific region and one of the world’s top five Coca-Cola bottlers. CCA employs more than 15,000 people and has access to more than 265 million consumers through over 700,000 active customers.
Conservation Volunteers New Zealand
Conservation Volunteers New Zealand (CVNZ) is a national not-for-profit
community based organisation that is dedicated to involving community
volunteers in practical conservation projects and programs throughout
the country.
We are delighted to again be working in partnership with Keep New Zealand Beautiful, to help co-ordinate Clean Up Week 2010.
CVNZ
recognises that the term 'conservation' encompasses many forms and in
reality begins within our own community environments. The 'Clean Up'
program takes steps towards creating community pride and awareness and
provides an opportunity for members of communities all over New Zealand
to make a practical contribution towards improving and maintaining their
local environment.
New Zealand Couriers
New Zealand Couriers has been supporting Keep New Zealand Beautiful
since 2001. The great work that KNZB does is directly aligned with the
guiding principles of our environmental strategy including, “minimising
the environmental impact of all New Zealand Couriers activities” and
“recognising that protecting the environment today is essential to
creating a sustainable business future”.
New Zealand Couriers is
a kiwi company and takes huge pride in its involvement with KNZB and
the good work of the KNZB team and the many volunteers around our great
country.
As well as belonging to KNZB and donating money on
behalf of our customers, the New Zealand Couriers team has “rolled up
their sleeves” and participated in “Clean Up Week” and of course
provides preferential courier rates year around. Our latest initiation
of sponsoring a “KNZB Volunteer of the Month”, gives us the opportunity
to support those fantastic kiwis who give so generously of their own
time to make our communities better places to live in.
We are hugely grateful for what KNZB does in our community – and are pleased to be able to offer our support.

Keep New Zealand Beautiful
We at Keep New Zealand Beautiful really love this country!
And we
need as many people to help us keep it beautiful. As a non-profit
organisation KNZB operates as a charitable trust to promote litter
abatement, waste minimisation as well as town and city beautification
across New Zealand.
We're about inspiring, educating and
providing resources for volunteers who share our passion. We are famous
for our annual 'Clean up Week', 'Best Towns and Cities Awards', Do the
Right Thing and Be a Tidy Kiwi campaigns, but we don’t stop there!
KNZB
Members and volunteers include schools, councils, businesses and
community groups who work together in their own patch and across NZ to
make their environments a better place.
